*Outcalls: add minimum $50 to the rate. May be more depending how far you’re located.

*Please note: Flight & hotel expenses are paid by you.
Rates are determined on a case-by-case basis. I am willing to work with your budget -to an extent. The amount of hours and/or days together will be discussed and from there we will figure out investment.
I require a $100 deposit in order to discuss FMTY and/or answer any questions you may have. This will be deducted from the total amount.

The Approach

Hygiene
Please arrive freshly showered and free of any body odor you are welcome to use my amenities.
Time Commitments
Dates 4 hours or longer must include a social outing. Need ideas? Just ask!
Overnights & 24 hours or more dates require at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Deposit Details
I Require a deposit for all appointments.
All deposits will be applied to final balance & returned in the event of a cancellation on my end .
Remaining envelope minus deposit must be provided in cash at the start of our date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I do understand conflicts happen. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule our date. Deposit will go towards our rescheduled date or forfeited if you choose to cancel.
Cancelling within 24 hours? FULL amount is due. This compensates for my time & efforts. Sets a solid foundation for future bookings.
In the event I cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full.
